If the customer discovers any quality problems, exchange or return is guaranteed within 14 days after order confirmation. -
Following situations are NOT covered within return or exchange policy
- Any product that is not sold by Therapeutic Stone;
- Therapeutic Stone only accept return or exchanges within 14 days after order confirmation, exceeding this period of time, no return or exchanges will be allowed;
- Problems involving packaging, accessories, incomplete product instruction, missing or tampered receipt are not covered by Therapeutic Stone return/exchange policy;
- Used/worn products are not covered under the return/exchange policy;
- Therapeutic Stone's product image and description is only used as a reference, due to lighting and difference in display mode, the color in the image may not match the actual product. Therefore issues due to color differences are not covered under the policy.

- Before a return, please call +852-9654734. Customer should provide order number, reason for return, product number and also the quantity of the order.
- Please hire a reliable local delivery company, packing the returning Bianstone products, along with the receipt and send it back to Therapeutic Stone (Please refer the address in “Contact Us”). If the return is due to quality issues, Therapeutic Stone would provide arrangements for return and exchange, but the customer is responsible for all return postage and other fees involved.
